1. When we ship the order out after we receive your payment?
In general, we send the parcel out in 1 - 2 days, then update the tracking number and track url in your order. Or if there are one or two items out of stock, we will email you quickly, please notice that.
2. How long I can receive the parcel?
Usually, it is about 4 - 7 days, but according to the destination, weather and customs processing time.

To Philippines: by DPEX, cheap and fast.
