Yukisale.com accepts 30 days return policy, it is starting at the day you received the package if there is quality problem like damaged, defected in clothes or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or Defected Item:
Because of the expensive internetional shipping cost, you need not send back the item which is damaged or defected, we can refund you the money of this item.

How to do it? Please take a photo with the bad quality item, and send to us, we will follow and refund you soon once we confirm it.

Wrong Item:
We will send the correct item to you in the next order.


Excluding the following situations:
1. the size of item is not fit me.
2. There is a bit difference of color to your pictures [Sometimes the clothes may have a bit chromatic aberration because the light when taking photo or the brightness of monitor]
